So, basically my mum went to this shop on Saturday (02/12/23) to check the price for Hair Dye. She was told that the price for her hair length is $125.
The manager hard sell the package of $250 to her and told her that the remaining amount can be use for hair cut etc services in future.
Today (04/12/23), my mum went down for hair dye and after everything’s done, the staff told her that she need to pay additional $271. The hair stylist than told her that the fee is to bleach the hair for 3x. Which is $99×3. Simi lanjiao bleach 3x ?? So she paid and left the shop and called me, upon hearing I went over immediately and confronted the staff. After some argument the staff then refunded $100 to her. My mum did not count the money on the spot and after she reached home, it’s only $90 that was refunded to her. (All $10 notes).

JUST BY NAMING YOUR SALON IN KOREAN WORD DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHTS TO OVERCHARGE CUSTOMER. Futhermore it’s located in a Market area.
