Background of the Incident

On that fateful day, a young man, a regular at a local dumpling stall, found himself in hot water after adding what the stall owner deemed as “too much” vinegar to his meal., according to a report by the South China Morning Post.

The incident, captured on video and shared online, sheds light on the often overlooked tensions that can arise in seemingly routine encounters.

The Confrontation

The verbal exchange between the diner and the stall owner quickly escalated, with the owner grabbing the young man’s collar, insisting that he’s not allowed to add vinegar to his food. The situation took a more aggressive turn as the owner, caught on camera, resorted to physically smacking the customer.

Remarkably, the diner maintained his composure, calmly stating his intention to leave after finishing his meal. However, the owner’s aggression did not subside, leading to an ultimatum and eventual violence.

The diner settled his bill and left, only to be chased down the street and violently attacked by the angry eatery owner, resulting in the loss of his front teeth on top of his injuries.
