I gave him a ride home from work one singular time. We had a nice convo, nothing too amazing. But ever since then he’s gotten sooo weird. He’ll text me at random hours wanting to FaceTime, will stroke my hair sometimes at work, and has even gotten me a few presents.
My boyfriend wasn’t happy about this and had a talk with him today. Presumably, it went well but…
He just texted me an hour ago asking how my relationship was going. I said “good” and why? He says “I just wanted you to know that my arms are open if he hits you or anything like that“
Like huh? Someone, please tell me how to manage this. It’s getting annoying. He seems like a nice guy but I really need him to back off. I already plan to lose his number but I still have seen him at work.
He is being a full-on stalker right now, I don’t want to make it big by going to a Police cause he has not really stepped over the line yet but at the same time it is annoying me.
What should I do? If I report it to HR he will probably lose his job and come stalk me outside of work and might become worse.
This is like those scenarios where “love” becomes “hate” and I am stuck in between and have no idea what to do.
Help please.
