Took a tada ride today and driver arrive at the wrong place but put himself as arrived.I called him and ask him where he is as I don’t see him,said he don’t know where my blk is and he’s at the macdonald area.I told him to wait there and he still can ask me how long I will need to walk over.
When board the cab,he still tell me he don’t stay here so he doesn’t know where the blk is,so I told him then he should have ask and not just put arrived and I got to walk over to him instead and might be more then 3min and might get the waiting fee which it was not my fault to be late as he’s the one who waited at the wrong place.
My trip was from choa chu kang to cecil street and he was going by the small roads rather then going by expressway all the way till clementi and I ask himThe he said he wanted to avoid the ERP which I told him that he should have check with me rather then going a longer way which I rather go by expressway and charge by ERP and is faster compare to going by the small roads with clot traffic lights.
Then he keep telling me that he’s a very experience driver and know all the roads etc so he know where to go.I told him nvm it’s ok,stop grumbling as he has already spoil my day from the start of the trip and he still can argue say that it’s his mouth and he can say whatever he wants. Told me that waiting fee is decided by the driver and they can choose to add anot too.I check my tada fare after work and realise that he actually charge me waiting fee which was not my fault.Anyone taking car please beware of this driver.
