According to eyewitnesses, there were around 8 people involved in the fight, with 2 or 3 of them pulling each other’s hair while the others surrounded and watched. The scene was chaotic, with people shouting and screaming as the maids clashed.

Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the incident, and the police were called to the scene to restore order. The fight was eventually broken up, and the maids were dispersed.

Lucky Plaza is a popular shopping mall in Orchard Road that is frequented by Filipino migrant workers on their days off. While fights between maids are not uncommon, this incident was particularly disturbing due to its intensity and the fact that it took place in a public area.

The incident has raised concerns about the welfare and well-being of migrant workers in Singapore, and the need for greater support and resources to help them manage their personal and financial struggles.
