Finally, ICA is stepping up its game and bringing more convenience to apply for PR online. Previously, an applicant would need to make an appointment which would take months before even having a chance to apply. The reason is because due to overwhelming applications, the appointment slots are always full.

But now ICA will be swinging over PR application to electronic starting 18 of December this year.

ICA will also be revising the charges for application. ICA used to only charged $100 for successful applicants soon there will be a charged for $100 for submission of application and successful applicants to pay $20 for entry permit. Similarly, the revised pricing will change on the 18 of December 2017.
