“Last month, I have just known about my salary increment and bonus. While it does seems good and that i am also having a promotion, i don’t feel happy at all though my hard work is being recognized.I am honestly grateful for the opportunity given and thankful that i am earning above average for a fresher, but i am really lost as to whether i should stay at my current company or look for a new job.
In my current role, while work can be hectic sometimes, i am pretty much free and bored most of the times as the learning curve has became stagnant. While there is several initiatives that i took, which improves the business operations significantly… I still feel like i have lost my passion for work, and not sure what i should do now to look forward to work everyday.
Should i look for a new job so that i can gain new work experience and regain my purpose of working? Or stay at my current comfy role?”
