Time of escooter riding middle of the road without any safety gears.
Location: exeter road (infront of orchard somerset police station)
With the increasing amount of E-Scooters on the road and the recent the accidents that occurred recently. What enforcement actions should be done to regulate them or even ban the riders.
I propose a fine of at least $5000 for this E-scooter riders not limiting to only adults as parents have a part to play for the keys ‘common sense’ education.
