An explosive online exposé has shaken Chinese social media, alleging that Feng Debing, reportedly a former Xiaomi executive, engaged in shocking behaviour by signing over 200 “sugar contracts” with young women, including students and influencers. The woman who claimed to be Feng’s wife released intimate photos of Feng with multiple women, along with purported documents such as “sexual responsibility agreements” and pre-marital contracts that stunned netizens with their explicit detail.
The documents allegedly outline extraordinary terms allowing Feng to have multiple extramarital relationships without secrecy, obligating the women to provide sexual services, and even specifying various BDSM practices. Fees for these “contracts” were said to reach as high as 1 million yuan (approximately S$184,000) for three-day engagements, with other arrangements priced at 100,000 yuan per day.

According to the whistleblower, Feng’s private life spiralled into chaos, with numerous women and several children outside his marriage. She revealed that although she initially tolerated his affairs, the discovery that he had fathered six or seven children with other women, coupled with alleged domestic violence, led her to expose his activities publicly and file for divorce.
“Sugar Contracts” Detailed With Legal-Like Precision

Screenshots of the supposed agreements circulated widely on Chinese social media platforms, showing clauses that explicitly state Feng’s right to have affairs, requirements for the women to engage in specific sexual activities, and disclaimers that they would not pursue claims or demand property upon breakup. Some agreements even described arrangements for returning personal belongings and ensuring the women were aware of Feng’s marital status.
The whistleblower described the women involved as mostly overseas students who were willing to sign the contracts due to exposure to more liberal attitudes abroad, and noted that the agreements were drafted with meticulous detail, “almost like legal documents.” The agreements reportedly included explicit obligations for the women to engage enthusiastically in sexual activities, avoid refusing any of Feng’s demands, and comply with his preferences for sexual toys and BDSM.
Accompanying the documents were numerous photos showing young women in intimate or compromising positions with a man alleged to be Feng. These images fuelled outrage and debate online, with many users questioning the morality of such relationships, while others speculated the allegations could be a publicity stunt or part of a smear campaign.
Xiaomi and Feng Remain Silent on Allegations
As of publication, neither Feng Debing nor Xiaomi has issued any official statement regarding the scandal. While Feng’s personal social media accounts had previously showcased Xiaomi employee credentials and photos with company founder Lei Jun, it remains unclear whether he held a senior position for a significant period. Reports suggest Feng resigned from Xiaomi some time ago and has since rebranded himself as an entrepreneur, sharing images of luxury travels across various countries.
Chinese netizens continue to debate the authenticity of the allegations, with some condemning Feng if the claims are true, while others express scepticism about the documents’ legitimacy and whether they were fabricated to generate online traffic. Regardless of the truth, the incident has ignited widespread discussions on online ethics, privacy, and the darker side of corporate power in China.
