Today at 5.20 pm. I was boarding the bus from woodlands interchange 911 at berth 5, the bus(SMB13XXZ) come and pick us passengers. Once at the traffic, instead of turning right he turned left and head towards train checkpoint route when we queued for is towards evergreen primary route.
And when questioned him, he apologize as it was his mistake but he kept continue on the route and told us to either waste our time to go 1 round and back to our actual route or go opposite and take the bus back bus interchange. But that time he is and able to turn back but he didn’t and insisted he continue the route.
Most of us knew the bus number will be 911E = end at bus interchange and stop. Wasting at least 30mins of our time waiting for the bus and money on bus fare. What absurd mistake from him. Would like to lodge a complain on the driver who is a China guy
