According to reports from local Chinese-language media, the couple were believed to have been involved in a disagreement shortly before the incident took place. The vehicle was being driven by the man’s girlfriend at the time, and authorities were alerted shortly after the incident unfolded.

Police later confirmed that the case has been classified as a sudden death, with investigations ongoing to establish the exact circumstances that led to the fatal fall.

POLICE RECEIVED REPORT FROM GIRLFRIEND

Nilai district police chief Superintendent Johari Yahya stated that police received a report at approximately 11.37am on February 3 from a woman in her 20s. She informed officers that the incident had occurred the previous day while she was driving with the victim.

According to her account, the pair were travelling along Jalan Seremban–Nilai and heading towards Nilai at around 3pm. During a conversation inside the vehicle, the man reportedly fell out of the moving car.

Initial findings indicated that the victim sustained injuries to his head and knees after hitting the road. He subsequently lost consciousness at the scene, prompting an emergency response.

RUSHED TO HOSPITAL BUT SUCCUMBED TO INJURIES

The injured man was quickly transported to Tuanku Jaafar Hospital in Seremban for medical treatment. Despite efforts by medical staff, he later succumbed to his injuries.

Local news outlets reported that the severity of the head trauma was a contributing factor in his death. At this stage, authorities have not indicated the presence of foul play, and no arrests have been made.

A post-mortem examination is expected to be conducted at Rembau Hospital to determine the precise cause of death. The findings will help investigators establish whether additional factors were involved.

CASE CLASSIFIED AS SUDDEN DEATH

Police have officially classified the case as sudden death (SDR), a designation used when no immediate criminal elements are identified. However, investigations are still ongoing, and officers are continuing to gather information related to the incident.
