The first occurrence was on the 15-01-18 when the lift was not aligned with the group level by around 15cm! That is slightly more than a ruler length. He tried to walk out of the lift but ended up falling. This is a 63-year-old man we are talking about here!

On the next day, the lift malfunction again causing it to fall from level 7 to level 4-5 then shoots up again!!!

“This lift always gives problems. The doors always cannot close properly. Maintenance was done just 2 weeks ago and it was still working fine on Sunday. Who knows the lift problem suddenly worsened instead.”

“In about 1 second, the lift suddenly sped down from the 7th floor to somewhere in between the 4th and 5th floor. I totally didn’t expect this and that’s why I lost my balance and fell. Before I had time to stand up properly and steady myself, the lift suddenly shot up twice and I fell again. After a while, the lift started working normally again.”
