Received call from Tonga (country in Oceania) stating that they are representing SPF and I have committed some crimes and my IC will be temporary terminated. (Robotic machine speaking mandarin) When asked to speak to officer, it somehow route to a lady speaking English. When I asked where is this place, she said that that place is “Outram Police Headquarters”. Den subsequently hang up the call. Please investigate
