HK Man, 21, Allegedly Infects Multiple Women With STDs While Claiming He Was ‘Loyal’

A 21-year-old man from Hong Kong is facing public backlash after multiple women accused him of allegedly spreading sexually transmitted diseases while convincing each of them that he was in an exclusive relationship.

The allegations surfaced after the case was featured on a Hong Kong current affairs programme, where three women claimed they only discovered the truth after comparing their experiences with him.

The man, identified only as “H”, reportedly worked as a basketball coach and allegedly maintained simultaneous relationships with several women while insisting he was monogamous.

Three women — identified as Chan, Liu and Huang — later tested positive for different strains of HPV and genital lesions after being intimate with him.

HPV, also known as the human papillomavirus, is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections in the world. Certain strains are linked to serious health complications, including cervical cancer.

Women Allegedly Uncovered Truth After Mysterious Message

One of the victims, Chan, reportedly met H through a dating platform sometime in 2025 and believed they were in a committed relationship.

Another woman, Liu, allegedly met him through work earlier this year and was also told she was his only partner.

However, things reportedly took a disturbing turn after Liu developed symptoms and was later diagnosed with multiple sexually transmitted infections. She allegedly required hospital treatment after suffering a fever linked to the infections.

After confronting H, Liu later reached out to Chan with a warning message asking whether she had been tested.

Chan subsequently underwent medical screening and allegedly tested positive for HPV type 16, a high-risk strain associated with cervical cancer.

She reportedly said she felt shocked and betrayed, adding that she genuinely believed the man had been sincere about the relationship.

The situation escalated after a third woman, Huang, came forward with similar claims. When all three women compared timelines and conversations, they allegedly realised the man had been juggling multiple partners at the same time.

Victims Allegedly Set Up Fake Account To Expose Him

According to reports, the women later decided to expose H after claiming he refused to take responsibility for their medical expenses and emotional distress.

Although he allegedly apologised initially and promised to cover their treatment costs, the women claimed he later blocked them and disappeared from contact.

The women were reportedly angered after noticing him continuing to flirt openly with other women on social media despite the allegations.

In an attempt to confront him, they allegedly created fake social media profiles to lure him into conversation.

Reports stated that H quickly became flirtatious with the fake profile before eventually agreeing to meet for what he believed was a gym session.

Instead, he was confronted publicly by a television programme crew.

When questioned about the allegations and whether he had tested positive for HPV, H reportedly refused to comment and instructed the media to communicate through his lawyer instead.

He also allegedly claimed that having multiple partners was his personal choice and argued he had no obligation to disclose his sexual health status.

The incident has since sparked heated debate online, with many social media users criticising the alleged behaviour and urging people to prioritise sexual health checks and safe practices before entering intimate relationships.
