The incident quickly became a topic of discussion on social media, with many expressing sympathy for the family and hoping for the boy’s recovery.

The witness alleged that the mother appeared distressed and had wet hair, suggesting she may have been bathing or preparing for the day when the tragedy occurred.

Authorities have yet to release full details regarding the circumstances surrounding the fall.

The district police chief confirmed that an investigation is underway and said an official statement would be issued after preliminary findings are completed.

At this stage, authorities have not disclosed how the children gained access to the area from which they allegedly fell.

The incident has once again highlighted concerns about child safety in high-rise residential buildings, particularly the importance of securing windows, balconies and access points to prevent similar tragedies.
