The altercation, which took place on the evening of 22 June, was captured on video and has since circulated widely on social media. The footage shows the pair exchanging blows before both lost their footing and crashed onto the ground in front of stunned diners.

Despite falling, neither woman appeared willing to back down, with the confrontation continuing on the floor as bystanders rushed in to separate them.

Walking Stick and PMA Involved in Heated Confrontation

The incident reportedly occurred at a coffeeshop located at Block 261 Serangoon Central.

Video footage begins with the two women engaged in a verbal disagreement. The situation quickly escalated when one woman, who was dressed in green and using a walking stick, appeared to jab the other with it during the argument.

The second woman, who had been seated on a personal mobility aid (PMA), immediately stood up to confront her. She attempted to wrestle the walking stick away before throwing a punch towards her opponent.

Moments later, both women lost their balance and fell to the ground together as the struggle continued.

Fight Continued Even After Both Fell

Rather than ending there, the altercation intensified after both women landed on the floor.

The pair continued grappling while seated on the ground, exchanging slaps and attempting to overpower each other. During the scuffle, another individual was seen pulling the hair of the woman in green, while a separate bystander tried to restrain the woman who had been riding the PMA.

Despite attempts to intervene, the woman managed to free herself and resumed trading blows with her opponent.

A second video from the scene showed several members of the public, including a man and a woman, trying to separate the pair. However, both women remained determined to continue the confrontation.

At one stage, the woman in green landed a slap that caused the other woman to recoil, before blocking an attempted counterattack by gripping her arm tightly.

One Woman Taken to Hospital

The Singapore Police Force confirmed that officers received a call for assistance at about 7.55pm on 22 June.

A 69-year-old woman was conveyed to hospital while conscious. The Singapore Civil Defence Force later confirmed she was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for medical treatment.

A second woman, aged 65, suffered minor injuries but declined to be taken to hospital.

Police said both women are currently assisting with investigations, which remain ongoing.

The incident has sparked discussion online after videos of the unusual altercation spread across social media, with many expressing surprise that the confrontation continued despite both women ending up on the ground and repeated attempts by bystanders to intervene.
