2 Lucky Punters Split S$12.8 Million TOTO Jackpot, One Winning Ticket Bought At Bedok Reservoir Outlet

Two lucky TOTO players are waking up significantly richer after sharing a massive S$12.8 million jackpot from the latest TOTO cascade draw held on 13 July.

The draw had attracted plenty of attention among hopeful punters as the jackpot had snowballed over several rounds, with Singapore Pools estimating the prize pool would exceed S$10 million. By draw night, the Group 1 prize had climbed to an impressive S$12,817,992.

The winning numbers drawn were 14, 22, 32, 33, 36 and 46, with 42 selected as the additional number.

When the results were finalised, two winning tickets emerged, resulting in the jackpot being split equally between both winners. Each winner will walk away with a life-changing S$6,408,996.

Bedok Reservoir Outlet Produces One Of The Winners

According to Singapore Pools, one of the winning tickets was purchased at a physical outlet located within A.P. Mini Mart at Block 121 Bedok Reservoir Road.

The ticket was generated through a QuickPick System 7 Entry, which requires a minimum wager of S$7.

This latest jackpot win marks the biggest prize ever won from the outlet, surpassing previous Group 1 wins recorded there.

The second winning ticket was purchased through Singapore Pools’ online betting platform. Interestingly, that winner also selected a QuickPick System 7 Entry, suggesting both jackpot winners relied on the computer-generated number selection system.

Group 2 Winners Also Walk Away With Six-Figure Prizes

While attention was focused on the jackpot winners, a total of 12 Group 2 winners also enjoyed a sizeable payday.

Each Group 2 winner received S$124,595, a respectable amount although considerably smaller than the multimillion-dollar Group 1 prize.

The draw was designated as a cascade draw after three consecutive TOTO draws on 2 July, 6 July and 9 July failed to produce a Group 1 winner.

Under Singapore Pools’ cascade draw rules, the accumulated jackpot continues to grow until a winner emerges. If no Group 1 winner is found during a cascade draw, the prize would be distributed among Group 2 winners instead. If there are no Group 2 winners, the payout cascades further down to subsequent prize groups.

Third Cascade Draw Of The Year

The 13 July draw marks the third cascade draw of 2026.

The previous cascade draw held on 4 May also generated a jackpot exceeding S$12.8 million, although that draw produced a single Group 1 winner who took home the entire amount.

Earlier in the year, the 29 January cascade draw saw six winning tickets share the jackpot, with each winner collecting more than S$2.25 million.

The last time a Group 1 winner was recorded before this week’s draw was on 29 June, when one lucky punter pocketed nearly S$3 million.

With the massive jackpot now won, the next TOTO draw on 16 July will reset to an estimated S$1 million prize pool, giving hopeful punters another chance to test their luck.
