Today at my block MSCP, I witness something i see liao damn dulan.
A father was fetching his daughter, an air stewardess (no need say what company, you all can guess… the most famous airline in the world already).
The father parked at the 1st floor and started unloading her luggage. The daughter? Literally just stand there and stare at her phone like a queen. Never even bother to offer a hand.
After he unloaded everything, she just turned around and walked off towards the HDB block with empty hands. The poor father—hair all white, look like at least late 60s or 70s—had to drag 3 whole luggage (1 huge one, the other 2 stacked on top) by himself, struggling to pull them up the ramp to the block. You can see the uncle really struggling to move, walking damn slow and sweating.
I almost wanted to walk over and help the uncle, but I was carrying heavy groceries myself and by the time I caught up, they were already entering the lift lobby. The way she was scrolling her phone without even looking back to see if her father was surviving or falling over made my blood boil.
KNN, all the glamour of wearing that iconic uniform and flying around the world, but basic respect and filial piety zero. See liao really feel shitty. How can someone let their old, white-haired father do all the heavy lifting while they walk in front like catwalking on a runway? Raised so big for what?
Really cannot stand this kind of strawberry, spoilt behavior. End of rant.
