pls help to share my message to all taxi bros & sis !Now there is a new gourp chat among PRC in recent months ,this wechat group allow PRC PR drive PHV to do ferry service at only RMB15 . Payment via wechat only . So this way they will not get caught Red handed with cash .
This black market ferry service is not only going kill taxi and also PHV . They start off with Own PRC last 2/3 month and has slowly increased. If you see any PRC looking PHV or without PHV decal old help to take a snap of the Lic . Plate no. We may need to prove when is needed.
