I would like to bring your attention to this fraud courier company in Singapore, Sunshine Express Cargo & Logistics Pte Ltd.
I had shipped my luggage from Singapore to India on the 31st of July 2017 for 76 kgs (paid S$265 upfront) by SUNSHINE EXPRESS CARGO & LOGISTIC PTE LTD receipt number 100272.
It has been more than nine months now, and I have not received any of my items. Whenever I tried to call them from Germany, the company personnel gave me an estimate that my luggage will be sent within two months to my city. However, it has been ten months now, and they have been giving excuses and postponements every time I call their office.
I have read on social media that people are complaining, and many of them filed a case against them, but it doesn’t help. It keeps dragging.I am attaching a screenshot of the email that I have exchanged with Singapore Police.
I do not want more people to waste their time, money and energy. I am trying to create awareness about this fraud company. I sincerely request to Singapore government to take some serious action against them or ask them to stop making a fool of people.
As I am staying in a different country now, it is not possible for me to come to SG and register a complaint otherwise I would have done that.
