INITIAL D AT PASIR RIS. GUY RUSHING TO LAO SAI

Another Idiot driver. causing hazard on the road. This happens on 21st July 7:35pm along pasir ris drive 3 near to pasir ris MRT station. 1st overtake like nobody’s business and then want to skip the red light by turning into pasir ris green and make a u turn. Drive so fast till my cam can’t even capture the car plate number and

(TO THE DRIVER) HELLO did you see my BABY ON BOARD sign?????

I hope some one else can caught this idiot plate number and pass to TP.
