LTA failed to maintain this display waiting sign at the bus stop after Tomlinson road. This photo above is just one of the examples I saw around Singapore. This one has stopped working for over a week.

A smart initiative is deployed, but no one is responsible to take it to care of it. Just like typical government tenders always the cheapest vendor win. After the project finishes no maintenance contract. Even if have the contract who is there to enforce that the maintenance is even done? Wait until audit?
Waste commuter’s time and money.
