NINJA IN DISGUISE? SPEEDING OR ILLEGAL PARKING. NO UNIFORM?

I wonder how many will notice why I posted this short video here. Pay close attention to the lady sitting down.

Doesn’t look like speed trap..looking at the angle & distance of her camera to the road..is it for illegal parking?

I thought the minimum uniform must wear? I never see ‘snipers’ at OHB wearing home clothes. Now got undercover?

Most likely doing survey la. For LTA I guess? All these people are probably contractors for LTA or any other agency. Count how many vehicles pass through, then few months time u see another gantry there🤣
