Please help. A friend, Adrien Goh Boon Hai (in picture), has been admitted to TTSH after a serious fall on 5th Oct and we are urgently looking for his brother, Vincent Goh.
The hospital require his next of kin to sign some documents for his operation as the patient is currently in coma.
