A man was jailed for a year after helping a syndicate pawn fake gold bars to gold shop.

ALDI HOON ZHEN BAO born in Indonesia went to various gold shops at Ang Mo Kio and claim that the gold bar was given to him by his grandmother.

A total amount of 19 gold bars and $33,000 was cheated from various pawn shops. He was jailed for a year.

He was 22+ years old then when he committed the offense. He was recently in social media again after trying to drink for free at a local pub/club. He opened 3 bottles of Martell and claim that he drove an SLK but end up not paying for it.
