This is not an April fools joke. From 1st of April onwards, vehicles that are running on diesel will also have to follow the 3/4 tank rule.

So far this rule only covers Singapore registered vehicles.
As usual, if drivers do not meet the minimum fuel amount of “3/4” the driver may be fined up to $500 or prosecuted in court.
