Is this how anyone would discard their cat? 😡 Throw it out together with its litter??? We won’t know if cat was already dead when thrown by the river side or if it was sickly and died after being left there.
AVA is investigating the case now. Poor kitty was found along the bank of Sungei Api Api next to Blk 514 Pasir Ris St 52. If anyone has information on who the owner of cat might be, please message me or call AVA 1800 476 1600 to let them know.
