The Malaysian Police have arrested a total of seven men that was involved in a kidnapping incident of a Singaporean vegetable and fruits trader which occurred in South Johor.

The group was arrested after the family paid after the ransom demands of RM1 Million to the kidnappers. The Businessman was kidnapped on the 27th of Jan 2019 and was released on 1st of Feb 2019 after the family paid the ransom on the 31st of Jan 2019.
The police managed to recover some of the ransom money from the kidnappers along with weapons that were used in the kidnapping.
