Mercedes Benz Owner parked his car outside the carpark entrance for more than 10 mins.
I was rushing to work 16/2/2019 Saturday about 11.10am when i arrived at my office building carpark. This is what i saw 
This Mercedes SCH 7138 M was parked at the entrance of the carpark. (note: my building doesnt have security) I horned and waited for more than 10 mins.
When he arrived, he was unapologetic and told me he is the owner of one of the unit in the buidling and the management didnt issued him a parking lot so he parked there.
I told him his action caused inconvenience to others including myself and told him his action is not necessary as i have waited for more than 10 mins. He walk away asking me to wait longer. He took his own sweet time to moved the car away.
