When he was asked to give a blood sample for the test, he refused despite knowing that there can be additional charges for not providing a blood sample. He was later charged in court for refusing to provide a blood sample.

While Moo was held in a holding bay, Moo began to play with his shackles and created some noise, a prison officer told Moo to keep it down and he stopped. He started playing and make loud noises again.

The officer then told Moo to stop again. But this time, moo spit at the officer in the face.
