A woman had her money stolen after her credit card and touch ‘N GO accounts was hacked.
The incident happened yesterday afternoon while the victim was working, her phone started ringing and there were multiple email notifications. She realised that someone has taken control of her Touch ‘N Go account and started making transactions out of her account.
A total of 12 transactions were made. Within one hour, RM3000 was transferred out of her Touch ‘N Go account.
She canceled her credit card and reported the incident to the Police, the victim then called touch ‘N Go support and found out that someone had changed the verification contact number to someone else.

我是不知道你们有没有把tngo 的e-wallet 绑定信用卡反正我是有绑定的，绑定后你就可以快速reload 钱 就连otp ，tac 之类的安全验证码都不需要给就直接可以reload钱了
就在昨天下午我做工到一半就觉得奇怪 我的gmail notification怎么一直响 我就开进去看 才发现 我的tngo 一直在reload 钱 （重点我在做工没有开到tngo app）gmail 里收到的信息都是过账了的invoice 并多达12封这样的信息 里面都是rm200、rm 500 这样一点一点转的 都是在一个小时之内被转了rm3000. 现在那rm3000 是处于hold着状态 我也打去银行cancel 卡了 也报了警 tngo 那边我也通知了.而我的tngo ewallet id也被hack走了 我用我的电话号码登陆完全是空号状态 也就是说里面的号码被换走了.tngo 客服 说幸好你有verified ic在里面才可以查到号码被换掉了因为我给电话号码时他说没有这个id.昨天发现时银行柜台也关了 也只能等星期一去处理了 😭😭
所以我也只想提醒有绑定银行卡在ewallet的各位请取消绑定.
