This man and I were walking at an overhead bridge in opposite direction passing by one another. Snoopy was leashed, walking besides me.
This man, wearing safety boots kicked Snoopy in the face suddenly, when he’s in front of us. There was not a moment of pause from him that he displayed a fear for dogs. He just kicked and walked off, yes, just kicked and walked off.
He kicked Snoopy a 2nd time and also kicked my leg. My leg is injured with bruise and cut and it is swelling up badly.
