Siow Hui Lin, a Malaysian, had prior conceded to one charge of utilizing criminal power to deflect a policeman from completing his obligation.
One charge each of acting in a scattered way and of expending alcohol openly amid precluded hours (10.30pm and 7am) were checked in sentencing.
