According to several photos posted on Facebook Page All Singapore Stuff, 2 male and one female were seen repacking facemask by the roadside.

The netizens noticed they were repacking the facemask in an unsanitized area and none of them was wearing gloves when handling the mask.
The truck was seen parked at a loading and unloading bay and they were seen removing the facemask from their original packaging.
Under Investigation by Foodfare
According to a Facebook post by Foodfare, they are aware of the incident and are currently investigating the incident.
Foodfare claimed that the mask do not belong to NTUC Foodfare.
