A video was uploaded yesterday of a man getting confronted for not wearing a mask when his smoking which is absolutely illogical.

As of 14 of April, the govt has announced that it is mandatory to wear the face mask after leaving our homes with a few exceptions.
Today NEA has provided the updates
Smoking is still allowed, just that smokes will need to wear back the mask once they are done and observe social distancing among smokers in the yellow box or smoking in areas that are legal.
Orchard Road Smoking Areas have been closed
In view of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020, all Designated Smoking Areas (DSAs) along the Orchard Road No Smoking Zone have been closed.
