According to a Facebook post published by Chained Dog Awareness In Singapore, they posted a video of a man throwing puppies into the drain.
This is that they said on Facebook:
Urgent help needed!!!
Someone just sent this video and said the friend’s father witnessed a man throwing 4-5 pups into a drain near upper pierce.
The information is very sketchy at the moment. We are sorry we don’t have much details but these pups could be racing against time to survive. Can we ask that the public can help to comb this area to look for them.
Please do not write unnecessary comments on the thread! Only for people who can help n needs info so they can can make good use of the comments please.
We are alerting AVS now.

Please we begged you guys to go to the site to look for the pups now. Video provided at 11am. Unfortunately we are not able to be there but we have alerted AVS and have a small group chat with the person who sent us the video and will also see who we can activate in terms of resources. Whatever info she have provided is all in the comment thread. Pls try your best to see if you can find the pups.
