According to a media release, a group between six to seven men were spotted gathering for beer during the circuit breaker. These men are spotted at one of the coffee shop located at Block 276 Jurong West Street 25.
According to some residents, a group of men gathers at the coffee shop frequently for beers from between 9 pm to 2 am. Some are spotted without a mask and are not observing the social distancing measures. The gathering usually lasts for 2 to 3 hours.
If they spot anyone filming them, they will confront and abuse them verbally. On a few occasions, the even shouts gang poems as well. Among these men, one of them is a stall owner at the coffee shop.
Such behaviours are totally unacceptable, they are not only breaking the law. They are putting risk on the health of others at the same time.
