37-year-old Cheng Feng Zhao, a PRC national was caught allowing a man Foong Seow Peng into her condominium unit on two occasions.

Foong Seow Peng visited her condominium unit on the 19 of April and 5th of May. The condominium is located at Jalan Kemaman (in Balestier).
The Police conducted an anti-vice operation and she was arrested on the 5th of May. It is unclear if the woman had other people who visited her condominium before she was arrested for vice.
Cheng is now looking at up to 6 months of jail time and/or fines up to $10,000
If the owner of the condo is used as a brothel, the owner will face up to five years or fined up to S$100,000, or both.
