A video of a foreign worker caught not wearing a mask is circulating on social media. From the video, a man was seen walking in a construction site without having a mask on.

The man who took a video claimed that he is from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). He had taken a video as evidence that the man was not wearing a mask at the time he was caught.
From the video, at least 2 MOM officers were present and they were heard talking between themselves saying that the supervisor of the foreign worker has been informed to come down onsite.
