Con-man who disguise himself as a contractor of HDB and scam a total of $26,000 from his victim have been charged in court.
He is believed to have showed his victim a contract purportedly awarded by the HDB to install a “Security Smart Home System Camera” for HDB units. When the victims checked with the HDB, they were informed that such a contract did not exist nor is the personnel an employee of HDB.
