HOUGANG MALL NTUC VISITED BY COVID-19 PATIENT ON MAY 30

According to a media release, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has identified the NTUC FairPrice outlet at Hougang Mall as a location that was visited by a confirmed COVID-19 patient.

The infected patient visited the supermarket on 30 May 2020 between 11.10 am to 12 pm. Those people identified as close contact has been notified.

According to MOH, anyone who has visited the supermarket at the specific date and time should monitor their health closely for the next 14 days. The members of the public were advised to see a doctor as soon as possible if they encounter symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever or loss of taste and smell.

There is no need to avoid the listed places that were visited by infected COVID-19 patients as assistance and guideline will be provided by the National Environment Agency (NEA) to the management of the affected places to help them through the disinfection process.
