
A Facebook user, Lea Kiong, recently posted about his bad experience he had when ordering from Fairprice Online. He touched on the late delivery, missing items and the poor customer service he received from Fairprice.
Here is what he stated on his Facebook.
I have no choice but to go this way posting on Facebook.
My order was supposed to come on Saturday 13 June 10am -12pm. It was not delivered and caused me the inconvenience to rush to ntuc to grab some stuffs.
Wrote to ntuc on both Saturday and Sunday and Monday to enquire about my none delivery. They CS said already sent me an email which I clearly didn’t receive.
Then ntuc redelivered my items on Tuesday my purchased amount $209 & delivered less than $40.
Then i have to write in again on Tuesday, already very unhappy, then Wednesday they send me email say my items have been delivered asked me to rate so i wrote a complain there and no one gets back to me again. And i basically have to feedback everyday till angry then today receive from messenger ask me go to another ntuc platform to ask for help.
Imagine buying from ntuc on 11th June, delivery was fixed at 13th then from13th i have to log in my none delivery, then shortage of delivery till 18th June.
And yet still no one call me to help me with my so many undelivered items. 😤
We are also charged a service fee for this type of service.
