A Facebook user, Kevin Pang, posted a picture taken at Lorong Mambong which was in Holland Village. The area is a popular hangout for both locals and expatriates as it is lined with restaurants and bars.

Many of the patrons were seen not wearing their mask and you can see many of them gathering or sitting close to each other.
Minister for Environment and Water Resource Masagos Zulkifi stated in his Facebook page that patrols will be stepped up in the area.
He goes on to stated that the authorities would address the situation by stepping up patrols at nightspots and taking “enforcement actions” against breaches of safe distancing measures.
