A Facebook user, Jelyn Lee, took to Facebook to air her frustration on the lack of ethics displayed by Grabfood.

Here is what she stated in her post.

WOW i’m amazed by the lack of ethics displayed by GrabFood.

Before CB:
There were subscription plans for Grabfood, i.e. $9.99 for 50 deliveries (with min. order of $10 per trip).

During CB:
NO subscription plans. Suddenly all of it were quietly removed because “they have plans to do so way before CB.” So COINCIDENTALLY they cancelled it after CB started for a few days. And then some “service fee” thingy started, charging extra few cents per order.

After CB:
Subscription plans came out again. I thought they had plans to cancelled this away? Oh and with min. order of $18.

Only 4 words to describe their business behaviour: 趁人之危.

Did I mentioned that they retrenched 5% of their employees too?
