Elvin Xie, 29, is currently being investigated by the National Environmental Agency and Singapore Food Agency. Xie conducted an auction selling durians at Lim Chu Kang Cemetery.

During his auction, he was not wearing and his masked was pulled to his chin exposing his nose and mouth.
Xie did his auction during the Phase One period, and nobody is supposed to visit the cemetery unless they have to attend a funeral. And everyone was supposed to stay at home unless they are going out for essential activities.
