HOTELS TO REOPEN FOR STAYCATION PURPOSES

According to The Singapore Tourism Board, they have announced on Friday (July 3) to stated that hotels may now reopen, only with various safe management measures in place.

There are some of the stringent measure that all hotels would have to follow.

  • Limit occupancy to no more than 1 person per 10 sqm
  • All individuals will have to be screen before entering the building
  • Face masks must be worn at all times unless they are in their rooms or consuming food
  • Guest records have to be kept for at least 28 days after check out
  • A maximum of five guest are allowed in each room at one time
  • SafeEntry system implementation
  • Vigorous cleaning and disinfecting of the hotel premises
