A photo of a man urinating at the roadside has been circulating on Whatapps. The man appears to be drunk and wasn’t able to stand properly.

The man action is very irresponsible as he could just go to a toilet at a nearby coffee shop or petrol kiosk.
According to the law, a person caught urinating in a public place may be fine of up to $1000 for the first offence. The fine for repeated offenders will be raised up to $2000 and a fine up to $5000 will be imposed for any subsequent offences.
