
We have all heard about contractors that have given the industry a bad name and we have picked up a scoop that has alleged that of a airconditioning service company.
Facebook user 罗纬菻 shared her encounter on a airconditioning servicing company and this was what she claimed she and her hubby had to go through after paying for their services and left to do the balance (and dangerous) works themselves.
These were what she had alleged on her post with the pictures attached:
“Please be aware of this aircon service company – Supercold aircon service
‘Don’t trust, don’t engage this company. Don’t even try for once or believe in their warranty’
Please help me to share to as many people as possible.
The boss of this aircon provider is Dylan XXXXXXXX. He is a China guy who can write English. I paid for chemical washing for my aircon unit but in the end he only conducted aircon cleaning using steamer only without any chemical. It is expensive and he is unwilling to deduct the price.
He also opened my compressor to check gas but did not close back properly (see photo). I called Dylan to request him to arrange a time to come back to close it back properly but he is reluctant unless I pay him $30 transport fee. I am frustrated for his irresponsibility. I tried to call the company number printed on the invoice but another China man picked up the call and claimed that they don’t know this guy Dylan. With no where to seek help to, my husband has to take the risk to climb out the window to the aircon ledge to screw back the compressor.
It took my husband 30minutes to get it done because we are not professional. My heart is racing seeing my hubby at our 12th storey high aircon ledge fixing the job which Dylan should be shouldering the responsibility to complete it.
I went to his Facebook page and found out that there are other consumer logging the same comment of this irresponsible guy (see other consumer complaint in pic). He don’t abibe to the warranty service when something goes wrong during the warranty period. Worst thing, he deleted all our bad comments in his Facebook page so that other consumers cannot read. I really urge everyone here to help me share to as many people as possible so that no one will engage this guy and his company ever.“
