A woman 32 years old had been throwing dangerous items such as flower pots, wooden planks and marble tiles out of her flat at block 694 Hougang street 61 from July 2016 to August 2016.
She had been arrested on Tuesday(23 August 2016) and will be charged in Court for the offence of Rash Act, which is punishable with imprisonment for a term of up to six months, or with a fine of up to S$2,500, or both.
