Mr Tan Seng Chuan 56 years old was sentenced to 14 months jail for beating wife and molesting maid.
Mr Tan touched and hugged the Indonesian maid 29 years old .
He would even ask her to have sex with him but she always rejected him.
On one day, when she was alone in the kitchen Mr Tan came into the kitchen pulled down her shorts and panties and molested her.
In order to get proof of Mr Tan action, she set up her mobile phone to record what Mr Tan did to her.
The maid showed Mr Tan wife the video, the next day when Mr Tan confronted his wife about the video. He got anger and punched his wife in the head and shoulder.
Mr Tan could have been jailed for up to three years and fined for molestation; and up to two years and/or fined up to $5,000 for causing hurt.
